We have free taster sessions; massage demonstrations in Myofascial Release, Hot Stone Massage and Onsite Massage. Plus we might even have some homemade cakes! Please come along, bring a friend, spread the word. It would be lovely to see you there.

Venue: Unit 4 Natural Health and Yoga Centre, 20-26 Round Hill Street, Brighton BN2 3RG. We are located just off Ditchling Road (behind the Round Hill pub). There is free parking locally. It is a 5 minute walk from London Road train station and the buses 26, 46, 50 and 50A stop outside the Round Hill pub on Ditchling Road.
