Do you want to learn some massage skills to use on your partner; friends or family?

We offer fun, informative and enjoyable one day workshops teaching easy to learn and easy to use massage techniques. Massage is a fantastic skill to have and this Introduction to Body Massage is a short and highly affordable course aimed at people who either:

  • Want to try a taster in body massage before committing to a longer, more intensive Diploma training.
  • Just want to practise on partners, friends and family and learn some useful skills to feel more confident when massaging.
  • Enjoy a relaxing day and meet new people.

The course runs over one day during which time you will learn a basic back, neck, shoulder, head, face and foot massage training.

You can come along as a single massage student or you may wish to book with a friend/partner.  You will learn the massage routine by practising on your fellow students, or if you and a friend book together you will learn by practising with them.  Therefore, you will be receiving a massage on the session yourself!

This day will teach you how to learn and develop your massage skills by working with classical massage techniques. You will learn how to formulate a routine to use.

The course will hopefully inspire your creative side and will be based on fun, relaxation, and developing your intuition.  Handouts will accompany the course. This course will be taught by one of the tutors of the college of Classical Massage,  and brings together a fusion of massage skills from varied styles, to be taught on this day.

If you would like to discuss details about the course before reserving a space, please telephone 01273 562676 or 07949 674524.

Excellent course. Michael’s instruction was clear, thorough and informative. The handouts will be very useful when applying the skills at home and am definitely interested in the DVD when released. Plus the group size was idea. Really good, fun group of people. Really enjoyed the course.

“I took the Introduction to Body Massage on January 29th. Michael immediately made me – and all the others in the room – feel welcome and relaxed. Lots of us on the course had come alone, unsure about what to expect, but we were soon paired up and engaged in massaging strangers’ backs! Modesty was, of course, preserved – Michael took care that nobody became embarrassed. I learnt a great deal on this one-day course. It was fun and informative, the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. I certainly recommend it.”
