Myofascial Release
Learn how to work more effectively, and create long and lasting change for your clients. This course will run over 2 days and is suitable for existing massage practitioners who wish to enhance their skills by incorporating direct myofascial release techniques into their practice.
Hot Stone Massage
This is an extremely popular treatment for clients to receive and practitioners to give. It also offers a major benefit for you as a Massage Therapist in that it helps protects your body from repetitive strain (RSI) as the warm basalt stones enable the muscles to relax more quickly and deeply than conventional massage techniques.
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a wonderfully relaxing therapy which involves massage of the shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp, face, ears. It is a highly versatile technique which is very popular for Onsite events, Corporate Events and Festivals.
Onsite/Chair Massage
This highly popular seated massage is an extremely versatile and practical technique to add to your skills. It can substantially add to your income with its adaptability to be taken into the workplace; corporate events; the ever-popular festivals; summer events and pamper parties.
Sports Massage
This course will provide you with the skills for treating not just sports injuries but also a whole range of soft tissue problems; muscle imbalances and to aid the recovery of your clients.
Thai Foot Massage
Thai Foot Massage is a massage covering the feet and the lower leg. It involves hands on massage and stretching techniques, and opening the “Sen” energy lines, along with the use of a traditional Thai massage stick to stimulate the reflex points which correspond to the internal organs of the body.
Ayurvedic Facial Massage
This workshop will look at the benefits of Ayurvedic Face Massage. We will look at and recognise the three Dosha Profiles and skin types. We will use a blend of safe oils appropriate to skin type and work into the Marma points situated on the face, scalp and head.

For beginners we run ITEC Diploma courses in: Body Massage and Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology; Introductory courses in Body Massage and Indian Head Massage.

For fully qualified practitioners, we offer an ITEC Level 3 or 4 Certificate in Sports Massage, Certificates in Pregnancy Massage, On-Site Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Thai Foot Massage, Indian Head Massage, Ayurvedic Facial Massage and a Certificate in Myofascial Release: Introductory and Advanced. We also run courses in Acupressure for Childbirth and workshops in Creating a Successful and Thriving Practice.

Michael initially qualified as a massage therapist in 1991 and following further massage training now works using many styles: Sports, Relaxation, Remedial, and Thai Yoga Massage.

Accreditations

All of our diploma courses are fully accredited and designed for maximum learning to an advanced standard. Our Diplomas in Body/Holistic Massage, Sports Massage, Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology; and Professional Conduct and Business Awareness are accredited with ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council). On graduation students can also join the BCMA (British Complementary Medical Association); IPTI (Independent Professional Therapists International); CThA (Complementary Therapists Association)and the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists).

On successful completion of our other post-graduate workshops, you will be supplied with a Certificate, detailing attendance hours and an accompanying letter detailing practical and theoretical skills learnt on the course. This can then be supplied to your professional organisation/membership association to have CPD points allocated.
